Description
Hello and welcome to The House of Chrome. You are looking at a unique 1960's era two pin Amphenol microphone cable used with a few older American microphones. This was sold with a Shure microphone initially but that mic no longer works so this cable is being offered to anyone who needs such a cable. Pic # 2 shows this very type of Amphenol brand connector. It should be noted that this cable is 16 feet long and comes with the vintage detachable Switchcraft male 1/4 inch end connector as seen in the pics provided. This cable will work on a just a few Electro Voice mics such as the 627, 631 model mics as well as some Turner mics. The Shure 430, PE-53 and 533 models also have been known to use these 2 pin cables. I have seen quite a few mics that take this two pin arrangement but if you have a mic that needs this cable...you are in luck my friend. I believe Turner used this style as well on their 33D, S98 model mics. Their are probably two dozen American mics that used this style of cable over the decades before being phased out completely in the late 1970's. This cable is in very nice used condition being soft and pliable. There is zero dry rot or cracking on this cable. If you want something true to the age of your older mic then this vintage cable will do. MICROPHONE SHOWN IS NOT PART OF THIS SALE...USED FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY. Priced to sell. And as always... I can promise you will be happy with it for the price paid. If not...I have a no hassle return policy. The shipping will be on you as I believe that's fair but the purchase price would be refunded. Simply return in the same nice condition...period. Check my rating. International buyers are welcome as well. BUYER MUST PAY WITHIN 24 HOURS or will lose rights to this item and will be relisted. Domestic buyer will get priority shipping. If you have any questions feel free to ask and...thanks for looking.
